Sources: Rep. Gillibrand to Become Senator

Bulletin: New York Gov. David Paterson will announce tomorrow who will be replacing Hillary Clinton as New York State Senator.

Late last night, news broke that Caroline Kennedy, rumored to be the number one pick for the seat, withdrew her name from the race citing "personal issues."
